Cape Charles Main Street LOVE Run

Join the fun at this family friendly 5K COLOR run/walk. The course starts at the LOVE sign and will take you through downtown streets, Central Park and along the bay front with four color stops! Wear light colored clothing and bring towels to sit on for your ride home. Color is completely safe and will wash right out. Low Country Shrimp Boil

Historic Garden Week 2019

Come by bridge or boat to explore the homes, gardens and history of Virginia’s Eastern Shore. This tour focuses on the bustling bayside town of Onancock. Founded in 1680, Onancock features a deep-water port, historic buildings and quaint churches. Then travel south to visit perennial tour centerpiece and National Historic Landmark, Eyre Hall, an acclaimed ancestral property displaying some of the country’s oldest continuously maintained gardens.

2019 Le Tour de Shore

The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce sponsors this bike event with four routes (100 mile, 100k , 50k, 25k), rest stops with snacks and beverages, and BBQ chicken lunch at the end.  All routes begin and end at the Onancock Town Center.
